Welcome!!

The FHERonline Free Indeed! Program is the online, self-paced version of a series of seminars and workshops held in a public setting in communities throughout the United States. The information and materials included in this course are derived from those workshops.

We have sought to make the course materials as simple and easy to implement as possible for your increased opportunity for success. Please feel free to take your time and gain as much out of each video lesson, exercise, practice, and quiz as possible. Don't feel rushed or pressured. If you have a question, please reach out and one of our ministry administrators will get back to you as soon as possible.

One new lesson per week is made available to give participants time to absorb and implement the principles for that week. This course is not a race, it is a journey. As you make your way through each of the lessons, the next will be unlocked. You may go back to any previous lesson at any time once completed.

Family Health & Education Resources is a Christian ministry. You can expect that each of the video lessons will begin and end with a brief prayer. We have worked carefully and intentionally to implement the biblical model for victory over depression and addiction. We employ the current health sciences in harmony with the biblical principles of health and wellness in order to achieve a life of vitality. This course seeks to explore those principles as a tool in helping you achieve your goals of wholeness.

Freedom from addictions, depression, or even a general sense of hopelessness and/or helplessness is not simply replacing "bad" habits with "good" habits. It's a complete transformation. We have developed this course material to help make that transformation a reality.

Throughout the course, you will find that we have made the necessary materials that attend the video lessons available and downloadable. We encourage you to download and print them, and faithfully complete each daily exercise so as to afford yourself the best possible benefit from this course.

You have lifetime access to this course material as well as new bonus material we make available in this course. Once you have completed a lesson or section, we encourage you to go through it as many times as you want in order to gain the most benefit from the information.

Once you have completed the first section, you will receive an invitation to join our Facebook community. It is a private group for individuals who are going through, or have completed the FHERonline Free Indeed! program. It is a support community where we celebrate our victories and reach out for encouragement in our daily struggles. We have a weekly prayer "meeting" and a group Bible study for any who would like to join in. It is not a requirement that you join the Facebook community, but the invitation is open, should you choose.

The Video for Lesson #1 was recorded in March, 2020 before the decision to create the online course was finalized. Within this introduction, you'll meet the Director of family Health & Education Resources, Julia Bellman, and hear a sampling of her story/the background for the development of the Free Indeed! Series of presentations.

Rather than create a brand new introduction to the online course, we decided to leave well enough alone. After all, if it ain't broke...right?!
